RIDERS is a mobile audio performance on bicycles, created by Milano Mediterranea and Corps Citoyen.
It’s a cycling route through the streets of Milan that invites participants to rediscover the city with fresh eyes—viewing it through the experiences, stories, and perspectives of those who live it between one delivery and the next. It’s a device for hyper-visibility, shedding light on what is usually invisible yet deeply embedded in the city’s daily life.
A narrative that examines the systems of production and consumption in a city that never stops, prompting us all to reflect on the pace, constraints, and freedoms of contemporary work.
A performance on wheels and through phones, to celebrate freedom and demand rights for dignified labor.
